This is no problem at all, if you’re VAT registered, we will perform an initial consultation to make sure you are “Making Tax Digital” compliant? If the software isn’t then we will advise to potentially move to one that is or assist on bridging software to enable you to remain compliant.

While we like Xero, we understand that some people don’t but we can still actively work with you as we have specialists in other cloud packages including Quickbooks, Freeagent and MYOB. This will not be a barrier with us working together and we can tailor the scope of what we’re providing.

If there is a huge change in the scope or additional work then if we could do it internally we can quote for a one off or alternatively recommend one of the many partners we work with.

We are online and work with clients all over the UK so it may not be feasible to physically meet in person. However, we have multiple platforms to have virtual meetings with a camera and screen shares as well.

We hold communication with clients in highest regards and make a commitment to respond within 24 hours to any queries and requests. Where some clients have a dedicated account manager, we also make arrangements for cover when that account manager is away.
